Mangaluru, July 14, 2026: In-Land Group celebrated its 40th anniversary with a grand event at The Grand Bay on Airport Road, Mangaluru, on July 11, bringing together business leaders, customers, associates, employees and well-wishers to commemorate four decades of growth and excellence in the real estate sector.

Founded in 1986 by its Chairman and Managing Director, Siraj Ahamed, the company has grown into one of Karnataka’s leading real estate developers with residential and commercial projects across Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Puttur and Mysuru. Over the years, the group has earned a reputation for quality construction, ethical business practices and timely project delivery.

The celebrations began with a traditional invocation followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Amith Singh IPS, Inspector General of Police, Western Range; Nagendra D. Pai, Executive Director of Bharath Group of Companies; Ajith Rai Pade, Managing Director of United Rubber Industries, Mumbai; Abdul Salam, Managing Director of The B.A. Group, Thumbay, Mangaluru; and Hemanth Shriyan, owner of the premises where In-Land Group established its first office.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including former Nitte University Vice-Chancellor Sathish Bhandary, Supreme Court Senior Advocate Santosh Paul, and Ashok Kumar Chowta of Onyx Lounge and Shambhavi Vrindhavana, along with prominent advocates, doctors, engineers, architects, entrepreneurs and other well-wishers.

Welcoming the gathering, Meraj Yusuf, Director of In-Land Group, thanked customers, business associates and employees for their continued support and reflected on the company’s four-decade journey. He reaffirmed the group’s commitment to delivering quality homes and creating lasting value.

A specially produced audio-visual presentation traced the company’s journey from its inception in 1986 to becoming a trusted name in Karnataka’s real estate industry, highlighting its major projects, milestones and customer-centric approach.

Addressing the audience, Siraj Ahamed expressed gratitude to customers, employees, channel partners, vendors and well-wishers for their unwavering support.

The celebrations concluded with a grand dinner and fellowship, where guests reminisced about the company’s journey and extended their best wishes for its future.
