Bankers’ Club felicitates founder member Ananthakrishna

 Mangalore, Jun 17: The Bankers’ Club honored Ananthakrishna, the non executive chairman of Karnataka Bank Limited, in appreciation and recognition of the services he has rendered to the banking sector and to the club, at a special felicitation ceremony on June 16, Thursday. Besides being the former president of the Bankers’ Club, he is also its founder member.

 

 

 

 

 

Acknowledging the important role played by the Bankers’ Club in the development of the banking sector, Mr. Ananthakrishna said that the club provides a forum for members to exchange important banking news and information, creating a friendly environment within the sector.

Mr. Ananthakrishna also unveiled the club’s official website, bankersclub.net.in. Karnataka Bank MD P. Jayaram Bhat, who is also the Bankers’ Club president, released the club logo.

Karnataka Bank General Manager M. V. C. S. Karanth, Syndicate Bank Deputy General Manager J. S. Shenoy, State Bank of Mysore Deputy General Manager M. M. Shanbhag, Corporation Bank Deputy General Manager John D’Souza, and Corporation Bank General Manager B. R. Bhat were also present.
