Ullal: Gold, luxury watches worth Rs 10.71 lakh stolen from Deralakatte apartment

Ullal, Apr 11, 2026: A theft has been reported at an apartment in Deralakatte in Ullal taluk, where gold ornaments and luxury watches worth approximately ₹10.71 lakh were stolen from a flat.

According to the complaint, the incident occurred between 8 pm on March 18 and 8:30 am on April 9, when unidentified miscreants allegedly broke into Flat No. G1104 on the 11th floor of an apartment near KS Hegde Medical College.

Theft at apartment

The complainant, Mohammed Hashil Sadiq, stated that the accused gained entry into the house and stole gold ornaments kept in a locker inside a bedroom cupboard belonging to his wife, Bazila KM. The stolen items include a 24-gram diamond necklace with a pair of earrings, a 16-gram gold anklet chain, and an 8-gram gold ring.

Additionally, valuables from the complainant’s bedroom locker were also taken, including a women’s Rado watch worth ₹2 lakh, an 8-gram platinum ring, and another watch valued at ₹3.5 lakh.

The total estimated value of the stolen items is ₹10.71 lakh.

A case has been registered at the Ullal police station based on the complaint.
