Daiva’s prediction comes true: Janardhan Reddy walks free from jail

Kadaba, June 15, 2025: Former Karnataka minister and Gangavati MLA Gali Janardhan Reddy was released from Chanchalguda Jail in Telangana on June 11, fulfilling a prophecy reportedly made by a divine oracle at a shrine in Dakshina Kannada.

During the Brahmakalashotsava ceremony at Areltadi Sri Ullaklu-Kedenjodittayi Daivasthana in Kadaba taluk on May 13, Reddy’s associates had sought the daiva’s guidance regarding his release. According to witnesses, the daiva predicted Reddy would walk free within a month. True to the oracle’s pronouncement, Reddy was released 27 days later.

Reddy, who was arrested in connection with an illegal mining case investigated by the CBI, was recently granted bail by the Telangana High Court. His supporters have hailed the release as a divine blessing and a testament to the daiva’s power.
