Puttur, June 17, 2024: Two persons died on the spot in a collision between an Alto car and a Bolero vehicle  at Shekhamale in Kumbra  on June 16, Sunday.

The deceased are Lokesh and Ravindra BN. They hailed from Madikeri. The  Bolero vehicle was heading towards Madikeri from Mangaluru. The Alto car had first hit a bike near Shekhamale. Later it went out of control of the driver and rammed into the Bolero killing the two men in the vehicle.

Even a bike rider was injured in the mishap.
