Kadaba youth found dead in Ireland; suicide suspected, probe on

Mangaluru, Feb 20, 2026: A 31-year-old youth from Kadaba in Dakshina Kannada district was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Ireland, with police suspecting suicide.

The deceased has been identified as Sanjo Sunil (31), a native of Vimalagiri in Kutrupadi village of Kadaba taluk. He was residing in Dublin, Ireland, where he was found dead in his room.

Sanjo had married a woman from Kadaba who works as a nurse in Ireland about a year ago. He was previously employed in Israel and had moved to Ireland a few months ago to join his wife and shift his work there.

According to reports, Sanjo was found hanging in his residence while his wife was away at work. While suicide is suspected, Irish police are also probing other possible angles as part of their investigation.
