Bhatkal , March 13, 2013 :  Two youth from Shiroor lost their lives in a road accident at Mugli Honda near Bhatkal on March 12, Tuesday night.

The mishap took place when Hurais Kamil (17) and Tanseer Adam Daddi(17) were returning in their bike after having dinner at a hotel in the town. A lorry approaching from the opposite direction knocked down the bike riders when they tried to overtake another lorry.


Though both of them were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, they breathed their last at the Manipal Hospital.


Bhatkal police have registered a case.
