Mangalore, Nov 10. 2011: The 3 Hungry Men, an exclusive portal of food reviewers and critics, will set out on a tour titled “Tour of NH66” to discover new eating places along NH66 connecting Mangalore with Mumbai. The tour will be flagged off on Nov 11 at Hot Bitez opposite Canara College. 

A formal function will be held outside Hot Bitez on Nov 11 at 9 a.m. Mangalore Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh IPS will flag off the tour and will also participate in a programme to distribute stationary and financial assistance among needy school children from various orphanages held by the 3 Hungry Men as a part of the ‘Joy of Giving Week’ in collaboration with NGO ’Make a Difference’ (MAD).

                 

This humble donation has been arranged from the money donated by the public to the 3 Hungry Men during the ‘Joy of Giving Week’ that MAD had organized.  

A group of 10 or more responsible riders will be riding along with the 3 Hungry Men to convey the message of safe riding, including the necessity of wearing a helmet and protective gear and developing road sense. 

The 3 Hungry Men team will embark on a road trip to search for good hotels on the highways from Mumbai, Pune, Mahabaleshwar, Goa and Mangalore and within the cities as well, covering Karnataka, Goa and Maharashtra. They will be traveling through Mumbai, Pune, Mahabaleshwar, Goa, Gokarna, Kundapur and back to Mangalore, reviewing various restaurants on the way. 

The ride will commence on November 11 and end on Nov 22. The valedictory reception will be held on Nov 27 in Moti Mahal Hotel, during which MAD will organize an event related to career counseling for the students. 

The 3 Hungry Men is Mangalore’s first and only food reviewing body operational in many major cities with offices in Bangalore, Cochin, Hyderabad, Manipal, Pune, Goa, and Kuwait The portal reviews various restaurants and certifies them for best or unique dishes served.
