The chief guest was Lizzie Pereira. She spoke to the elderly and advised them to develop a high-quality life style, without taking into consideration the fact that they are aged. She informed them that they should participate in various games and activities that sharpen their minds. This will help them live a life of quality and dignity. Senior citizens, said Ms. Pereira, should not worry about the fact that they are aged. Instead, they should throw themselves heart and soul in creative activities.

Eighty inmates of Vishwas attended this programme, which was compered by H. N. Narasimha, a senior citizen and yoga trainer. Felcy Pinto, the secretary of Vishwas, and Sr. Olinda Pereira of Roshni Nilaya were 2 of the prominent people who were present on the occasion.
