Mangalore, Sep 23, 2011: Minister of Corporate Affairs Dr. M. Veerappa Moily inaugurated a 2-day UGC-sponsored national seminar titled “Human Rights – Changing Trends and Challenges in India” organized by the department of political science and human rights education cell of St. Agnes College in the college premises on September 23 Friday.
