Kasargod, September 19, 2024: A medical student hailing from Seethangoli in Kasargod, has died in a road accident at Coimbatore on Wednesday night.

The deceased is Mohammad Rashid (20). He was a second year MBBS student. On Wednesday night at around 8 pm he was on way to a hotel to have dinner when a speeding tipper lorry ran over him while he was crossing the road.

Though he was rushed to the hospital, his life could not be saved.
