II PUC results: 5 students from Dakshina Kannada secure 2nd rank

Mangaluru, June 18, 2022: Dakshina Kannada district has topped the state in Second PUC exams of 2021-22.  Five students of the district have secured second rank in the state level. If two students bagged second ranks in the science stream, three others bagged second rank in the Commerce Stream.

 

 

In Science stream, Ilhan of St Aloysius PU College and  Srikrishna Pejathaya of Alva’s PU College  Moodbidri have secured second rank by scoring 597 out of 600.

In the Commerce stream Samarth Joshi of Alva’s PU College, Anisha Malya of St Aloysius PU College and Achal Ullal of Canara PU College have secured  second rank by scoring 595 out of 600 marks.

Second rank holder Ilham who is elated  has said she  had not expected a rank. She plans to pursue studies in Clinical Psychology. St Aloysius College also felicitated Ilham and her parents.

Another second rank holder Srikrishna Pejathaya also said he had not expected a rank. He wishes to pursue medicine.

Second rank holder in Commerce, Achal Ullal wants to pursue B.Com and then LLB.

Anisha Mally who too is  overjoyed  said she will pursue B.Com and then decide on her next move.  Samarth of Alva’s PU College said he wishes to be a Chartered Accountant.
