Udupi, May 12, 2025: Rakesh Poojary Hoode, a well-known artist and winner of the Kannada reality show Comedy Khiladi, passed away late Sunday night, May 11, following a sudden cardiac arrest. He was 33.
Rakesh rose to fame for his remarkable comedic talent and captivating performances on Comedy Khiladi, which aired on a private Kannada entertainment channel. His impeccable comic timing and versatile acting made him a beloved figure among audiences.
According to reports, Rakesh had attended a friend’s mehendi ceremony in Karkala on the evening of May 11, where he suddenly collapsed and passed away. His untimely demise has left fans and the Kannada entertainment industry in shock.
