DK Police is investigating more cases related to black magic murderers

Mangalore, February 16: The Mangalore Police, who have already submitted a charge sheet against Kamalaksha Purusha (75) and Chandrakala (35) for allegedly sacrificing a 3-and-a-half year old female child in a black magic ritual two months back, are now investigating other cases related to the couple.

Kamalaksha’s brother Madhava Purusha, who was arrested along with the couple, has been released as there is no evidence against him. The child Priyanka was murdered in a black magic ritual conducted to appease Kala Bhairava.

Ravindra Gadadi, the assistant commissioner of police, told reporters that the police have completely investigated the murder of the child, adding that Kamalaksha is believed to have sacrificed the child as a solution to a property dispute. He said that the police are now investigating the couple’s past in an attempt to solve the mystery of Chandrakala’s missing child and the death of her mother Revathi.

Police interrogation has revealed that a couple in Udupi have adopted Chandrakala’s child. The couple’s neighbors revealed that the police had investigated the mysterious death of a woman who was in his house 4 years back. They also said that Chandrakala, who had begun living with Kamalaksha 6 years back, had a 5-year-old boy, who has been missing for the past 7 months.

The neighbors suspect that the boy has been murdered although Chandrakala claims that a couple in Udupi have adopted him.
