Mangalore, Sep 26, 2013 : A two day property exhibition CREDAI Realty Expo-2013 will  be held at the TMA Pai Convention Hall here on September 28 and 29.

Informing this to reporters  at  a press meet convened at Hotel Deepa Comforts on September 25, Wednesday, Pushparaj Jain, President of CREDAI, Mangalore, the apex body of builders,  said the two day event will be participated by recognized builders from across Dakshina Kannada district. Even premier banks will  participate in the event, he informed.

The Realty Expo will  be inaugurated by DK District in-charge Minister and State Minister for Forest and Ecology B.Ramanatha Rai at 9.30 am. Urban Development Minister Vinay Kumar Sorake, Health Minister UT Khader, Minister for Youth Welfare and Fisheries Abhayachandra Jain,  Nalin Kumar Kateel,MP, JR Lobo, Moidin Bava, Legislators, Capt. Ganesh Karnik, Monappa Bhandari, MLCs and MN Rajendra Kumar, SCDCC Bank Chairman are among the dignitaries who will grace the inaugural function.

Pushparaj Jain further said that CREDAI wants to ensure that the common man gets affordable housing and so is organizing the expo under the theme ‘Home for All,’ with green housing concept.

He said in order to attract large number of  people, CREDAI has also announced  three prizes for lucky customers who would book apartments on the spot. The first prize will be a Hyundai i10 car while the second and third prize winners  will be Honda Activa and a 32 inch TV respectively.

He said nearly 250 apartments were sold during last year’s Realty Expo and added CREDAI wants  to improve the performance this year.

K.C.Naik, Chairman of Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders who is also the Chairman of the Realty Expo, Ganesh Bangera, Honorary Secretary, Vinod Pinto, Treasurer, SM Arshad, Committee Member and others were present at the press meet.
