4 petty shops destroyed in a fire at Thokkottu

Mangalore, Feb 1, 2012 : Four small shops went up in flames at around 4:45 a.m. on Feb 1 Wednesday, near Thokkottu.

It is suspected that the shops were deliberately set on fire although it is not yet known how exactly it was done.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The shops belonged to Haneef, Ibrahim, Kamalaksha, and Podiyaka, who sold vegetables and fruits there.

The fire was put off by 2 fire engines. The Ullal police were also present.
