Ullal: Scooter rider dies after collision with private bus on NH-66

Ullal, Oct 31, 2025: A scooter rider died after being hit by a private bus on National Highway 66 near Adam Kudru on Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Nagesh Putran (62), a resident of Bengre, Bokkapatna.
The accident occurred when a private bus traveling from Thokkottu towards Mangaluru collided with Nagesh’s scooter at Adam Kudru. Thrown off the vehicle due to the impact, he sustained severe injuries and was rushed to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
A case has been registered at Mangaluru South Traffic Police Station.
