Udupi: Speeding innova rams scooter in Hiriyadka; two riders survive miraculously

Udupi, Feb 3, 2026: Two persons riding a scooter narrowly escaped death after a speeding Innova car rammed into their vehicle from behind at Hiriyadka town in Udupi district.

According to reports, the Innova car, allegedly being driven at high speed, hit the scooter from the rear, throwing both riders onto the road due to the impact. In a miraculous escape, the scooter riders survived the crash.

Accident

Following the collision, the scooter veered off and struck a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction, causing the biker to lose balance and fall on the road.

The horrifying sequence of the accident has been captured on a nearby CCTV camera, and the footage has since surfaced, highlighting the severity of the crash.
