Udupi: CMC removes 85 unauthorized hoardings, banners

Udupi, Oct 04, 2023: Udupi CMC officials on October 3, Tuesday  embarked on an operation to clear all unauthorized hoardings and banners in the city. As many as 85 banner and cut-outs which were put up without permission were removed in various parts of the city and Manipal.

Even a banner relating to Hindu Samajotsav to be held on October 10 were removed. Following the development, the organisers have applied for permission to put up the banners.
