Sixth CBWO all India conference on Nov 7

Mangalore, Nov 6, 2011: The sixth all India conference of the Corporation Bank Workers’ Organization (CBWO), affiliated to National Organization of Bank Workers (NOBW) and Bharathiya Mazdoor Sangh, is scheduled to be held on Nov 7 Monday at Hotel Taj Mahal in Mangalore.

Addressing reporters today, CBWO General Secretary R. Ramanath Kini said that delegates from all over the country are expected to participate in the conference, which will be inaugurated by Corporation Bank GM B. R. Bhat at 10:30 a.m.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, District-in-charge Minister Krishna J. Palemar, and Deputy Speaker N. Yogesh Bhat will be the chief guests, he said.

NOBW General Secretary Ashwani Rana will preside and Corporation Bank GM C. G. Pinto will be the guest of honor.

Mr. Kini said that the union’s major demands will be discussed at the conference and that resolutions will be made.
