If the toll collection at Panemangalore does not stop, then the Vehicles from Panemangalore and surrounding areas will have to pay toll at two places.

This is the classic example of democracy misused by the central/state goverments.People are the victims of these designs.People are paying vehicle tax, sales tax, profession tax, income tax, service tax and what not.Yet they are required to pay toll to travel on the roads. Its the responsibility of govt to provide basic infrastructures to the citizens. For travelling on good raods pay tax...for travelling on bad/worst roads are the people are being reimbursed the toll amount? What a hypocracy! In coming days people may have to pay for walking on roads, moring and eveing walk in gardens, etc.,!!!
