Mangaluru, Oct 04, 2023: Two elderly women have committed suicide at their residence at Kadri Kambla on October 3, Tuesday.

 

Death


The deceased are Latha Bhandari (70) and Sundari Shetty (80). The suicide came to light when Latha’s husband Jagannath who had been to work as usual returned home in the evening. When he peeped through the window, he found his wife and her sister-in-law hanging.

A domestic problem is suspected to be the reason behind the suicide.
