Kasargod: Man arrested for killing murder accused

Kasargod, Oct 05, 2023: Kumble police have arrested one person in connection with the case of killing a murder accused by smashing his head with a large stone.
The arrested man is Abhilash alias Habeeb (34). He and the slain person Abdul Rasheed were friends. However some issue led to an altercation resulting in the murder of Rasheed on Sunday. It is said both were under the influence of alcohol when the incident took place.
Rasheed was an accused in the case of murder of Shan Vas of Uliyathadka. The murder took place on October 18, 2019. Shan was killed and the body was dumped in a well.
