Foundation laid for Nirmaan Homes luxury apartment project ’Kailash’

Mangaluru, Feb 14, 2021: Foundation stone laid for Nirmaan Homes ’Kailash’, a luxury residential apartment project in association with Bhargavi Builders in Kottara on Sunday, February 14.

The project was launched by Ravindra Pai, Managing director of Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt. Ltd. in the presence of Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mangaluru North MLA Dr Bharath Y Shetty, former Mayor Shashidhar Hegde, corporator Ranjini L Kotian and chairperson of Asare Charitable Trust Asha Jyothi Rai.

Wellknown tulu actor Aravind Bolar (brand ambassador for Kailash) entered the stage as ’Gunanatha’ and symbolically received a key from the dignitaries.

Partner of Nirmaan Homes, Gurudath Shenoy, Bhaskar Gadiyar of Bhargavi Builders, Shrivatsa Kojapady promoter of the building, Mahesh Shenoy, Mangal Shenoy and others were present.
