Dr Naveen Bhat appointed Udupi ZP CEO ; Preethi Gehlot transferred

Udupi, Oct 05, 2020:   Udupi Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Preethi Gehlot has been transferred. In its order dated October 4, Sunday, the government has appointed Dr Naveen Bhat Y as the new CEO.

Dr Bhat  is presently the Assistant Commissioner of Hassan Sub-Division. He hails from Bantwal and was the state topper in CET of 2009 and later in 2016 he had secured All India 37th rank in UPSC examination.

He is an alumnus of Rotary English Medium School, Moodbidri, Infant Jesus School, Mondankaup and Satya Sai Loka Seva  institutions. He did his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College.
