Bantwal: Scooter rider who blocked ambulance carrying Bisle Ghat accident victims detained

Bantwal, Oct 31, 2025: Bantwal police have taken into custody a scooter rider who blocked and created a nuisance in front of an ambulance that was transporting victims injured in the recent Bisle Ghat accident to the hospital.
The individual, identified as Mohammad Mansoor from Bettampady village in Puttur, allegedly obstructed the ambulance near Bisi Road and behaved recklessly without giving way.
Earlier, a minibus carrying wedding guests had overturned at Bisle Ghat, leaving several people injured. Police have registered a case against the scooter rider and initiated further legal action.
