BJP launches ‘selfie with potholes’ campaign in Udupi district

Udupi, Sep 17, 2025: The BJP in Udupi launched ‘selfie with potholes’ campaign on Tuesday to urge the State government to fill potholes on roads in Udupi district.
Speaking on the occasion, president of Udupi district unit of the party Kutyar Naveen Shetty said that the selfies will be shared on social media platforms to prevail upon the State government to fill potholes on roads under its jurisdiction.
He alleged that the condition of roads indicated that the State government lacked funds to fill potholes. It had exposed the State government.
The campaign is aimed at awakening the government from its deep slumber, he added.
