Mangalore, Jan 24, 2014: ARMC IVF celebrates its anniversary with the birth of First twin babies through IMSI treatment which is first kind in Dakshina Kannada said Dr Raghavendra Prasad, executive director.

Speaking at the press meet held at ARMC on Jan 24, Friday, he said that a 36 years old Software professional from Kerala admits his masculinity was hurt when he came to know that he was responsible for couple’s infertility.  ARMC IVF, Mangalore has come up with all the solutions for these kinds of couples in a society where both male and female infertility is considered a taboo in the society.

Dr Gaurav Gujarathi, chief IVF specialist, ARMC IVF informs that IMSI (Intracytoplasmic Morphologically selected Sperm Injection) is a special technique in which the sperms are seen under a special microscope with a high magnification so that every part of the sperm can be seen in detail and the best sperms are selected and injected inside the eggs. This gives a very high fertilization rate and good quality of embryos which ultimately gives good pregnancy rates. 

He also said that ARMC IVF, Mangalore has successfully completed 1 year of operations. It provides a wholesome treatment for the couples who are unable to conceive by Natural means. It is backed by specially trained, dedicated team of fertility consultants, Embryologists, Andrologists, Counsellers and Technicians. It has the facilities of Semen Analysis, Hormonal testing, IUI, IVF, ICSI, IMSI, Sperm retrieval techniques like PESA, TESA.
