Bleeding and bruised: Epstein report names 11 women, details new rape allegation against Trump

Mangalore Today News Network

US, Oct 27, 2026: US House Democrats have released new details of a rape allegation against President Donald Trump dating back to 1993, as part of a report examining his alleged links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The report also accuses the Justice Department of withholding evidence and calls for an independent investigation into Epstein’s associates.

The 53-page report, released on Monday by Democratic staff of the House Judiciary Committee, includes allegations involving 11 women, five of whom have directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company or presence, according to the report.

Trump

One of the accounts detailed in the report is that of Beatrice Keul, a model and former Miss Switzerland, who told congressional staff that Trump raped her in a suite at New York’s Plaza Hotel in November 1993, when she was 24.

According to TIME, which reviewed the report, Keul said she met Trump at a press luncheon during the American Dream Pageant, an event associated with him. She alleged that Trump offered to help arrange her US visa and secure her admission to New York University through his associate Paolo Zampolli. Keul also told investigators that she spoke with Epstein at the event. According to her account, Epstein said he had organised “many parties with Don".

Later that day, Keul alleged, Trump invited her to a hotel suite, where he raped her, leaving her bleeding and bruised. She further alleged that Trump made her promise to remain silent and reiterated his offers of help with her visa and university admission.

Keul said her passport had been taken upon her arrival in the US, preventing her from leaving the pageant immediately. After returning to Switzerland, she declined to participate in another Trump-sponsored pageant in Hawaii several weeks later, according to the report.

The White House denied the allegations. Spokeswoman Lauren Bis said Trump had been “fully exonerated of anything related to Epstein" and described the report as a political attempt to distract Americans from the administration’s record. Trump has repeatedly denied wrongdoing related to Epstein.

What Does The Report Allege?

The report, compiled by Democratic staff and released by Representative Jamie Raskin, the committee’s top Democrat, draws on interviews with women, FBI records and documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Besides Keul’s account, it includes allegations previously made public by four other women who accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in connection with Epstein.

These include Stacey Williams, who alleged that Trump groped her in his Trump Tower office while Epstein was present; Jill Harth, who accused Trump of forcibly kissing and fondling her at Mar-a-Lago; and a woman identified as Katie Johnson, who told the FBI that Trump and Epstein raped her in 1994, when she was 13.

Another woman, identified in the report as “Jane", told the FBI that Epstein introduced her to Trump when she was 14. The report says Epstein or his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking, allegedly tried to direct some women towards Trump.

Democrats Accuse Justice Department Of Withholding Evidence

Raskin has called for an independent special counsel to investigate the allegations and examine the Justice Department’s handling of Epstein-related records.

Democrats have accused Attorney General Todd Blanche of potentially interfering with a witness during Maxwell’s prison interview in July 2025, when Blanche was deputy attorney general.

According to the report, Blanche stopped Maxwell from discussing “Jane" at least three times, including once by saying, “Let’s not talk about individuals." Democratic staff argue that the exchange raises questions about possible witness tampering or obstruction. No charges have been announced in connection with that allegation.

Raskin has also accused the Justice Department of withholding evidence and limiting inquiries into Epstein’s possible accomplices.

“The women who survived Epstein deserve to be heard," Raskin said, according to Anadolu Agency, calling for the release of records required by law and an independent investigation into Epstein’s alleged co-conspirators and the department’s handling of the case.

Paolo Zampolli Also Named In Report

The report also examines the role of Paolo Zampolli, a modelling agent and long-time Trump associate who until recently held a diplomatic position in the Trump administration.

Citing FBI records included in the Epstein files, Democratic staff allege that Zampolli arranged US visas for young female models before they met Epstein. One account cited in the report concerns an 18-year-old model whose visa was allegedly arranged before she was recruited to give Epstein a massage; the report says she later alleged that Epstein raped her.

The report characterises Zampolli as an active participant in the alleged trafficking network. These claims have not been established in court.

Why The Report Matters Now

The report was released just over a week before the November 3 US midterm elections, as Democrats seek to highlight how they would use congressional oversight powers if they regain control of the House.

Democrats currently lack the majority needed to control committee investigations. If they win the House, Raskin could become chairman of the Judiciary Committee, giving him greater authority to seek documents and compel testimony through subpoenas.

The call for a special counsel faces a separate hurdle because the appointment would fall to the attorney general, whom the report itself accuses of mishandling the matter.

Epstein, who was awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, died in a New York jail in August 2019. Maxwell was convicted in 2021 for her role in the sexual abuse and trafficking of minors and is serving a prison sentence.

The release of the Democratic staff report adds to the political and legal dispute over what the Epstein files reveal, what remains undisclosed and whether authorities have adequately investigated people who may have been involved in his abuse network.
