Bantwal, Aug 17, 2023: A youth from Peraje in Vittal has ended his life by jumping into a well. The deceased has been identified as Prashanth Naik (29). A domestic dispute is said to be the reason behind his extreme step.

Prashanth worked for a firm in Neralakatte and was married a year ago. He was also an active BJP worker and secretary of Peraje Yuva Vedike.

Bantwal Police have registered a case.
