Vikas College excels in PU results with 99.78 pass percentage

Mangaluru, May 01, 2018  :  Students of Vikas PU College in Mangaluru has  performed exceedingly well  in the II PUC examination and have secured  an overall pass percentage of 99.78.

A total of 414 students from the College  appeared for the exams.  In all 368 students have passed in the Science stream of whom 184 secured distinction and 178 got first  class. The overall pass percentage in science stream is 99.73.

A total of 46 students have passed in the Commerce stream registering cent percent results. In the commerce stream  18 got distinction and 27 got first class.

Rachana P  and Apeksha B M are the College toppers in the science stream  by scoring 583 marks each. In the Commerce stream Prajna C is the topper with 582 marks.
 College Chairman Krishna J Palemar has expressed his pleasure over the excellent performance of the students. He attributed the success to the systematic teaching methodology   and mentoring of students along with dedication and hard work on their part.
