Railways to run Hubballi-Mangaluru-Bengaluru special trains to clear Deepavali rush

Mangaluru, Oct 14, 2025: Railways will operate special trains between Hubballi and Mangaluru, and Mangaluru and Bengaluru to clear the rush during the Deepavali season.

Train No. 07353 Hubballi Junction - Mangaluru Junction Festival Special Express will leave Hubballi Junction at 4 p.m. on October 17 and reach Mangaluru Junction at 11.15 a.m. the next day.

Train No. 07354 Mangaluru Junction – Yeshwantpur Junction Festival Special Express will leave Mangaluru Junction at 2.35 p.m. on October 18 and reach Yeshwantpur Junction at 11.15 p.m. the same day.

The trains will have one first class AC coach, one AC two-tier coach, two AC three-tier coaches, 10 sleeper class coaches, four second class coaches, and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans, a Southern Railway release said.

Train No. 06229 Yeshwantpur Junction - Mangaluru Junction Festival Special Express will leave Yeshwantpur Junction at 00.15 a.m. on October 19 and reach Mangaluru Junction at 11.15 a.m. the same day.

Train No. 06230 Mangaluru Junction – Bengaluru Cantonment Festival Special Express will leave Mangaluru Junction at 2.35 p.m. on October 19 and reach Bengaluru Cantonment at 00.30 a.m. the next day.

The trains will have one first class AC coach, one AC two-tier coach, two AC three-tier coaches, ten sleeper class coaches, four second class coaches, and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans, the release added.
