Press Club Guest of Honour Award conferred on SCDCC Bank Chairman Dr. M.N. Rajendra Kumar

Mangaluru, Aug 12, 2023: The Mangaluru Press Club Guest of Honour Award was presented to SCDCC Bank Chairman Dr. M. N. Rajendra Kumar at a function held at Patrika Bhavan on August 12, Saturday.

Speaking after receiving the Award, Rajendra Kumar who is also the Chairman of the Karnataka State Co-operative Marketing Federation said the SCDCC Bank has registered very good progress due to incorporation of modern technology and quality customer service.

 

 

 

 

 

He said the Bank presently has 111 branches and there were plans to increase the total branches to 125 in the next two year period.

Rajendra Kumar said the Award conferred on him was dedicated to the co-operative sector as his achievements were made possible due to the constant support of all in the co-operative field.

Rajendra Kumar informed that SCDCC Bank would soon open branches at Bengre and Mani. Presently the bank has 9 ATMs and new ATMs will soon be opened in Belthangady, Puttur and Goliyangady, he added.

The function was inaugurated by senior journalist K Anand Shetty. Mangaluru Press Club President P B Harish Rai presided over the function. Freedom fighter Mattar Vittal Kini was felicitated on the occasion.

Senior journalist Manohar Prasad, DK Working Journalists’ Union President Srinivas Nayak Indaje, Patrika Bhavan Trust President Ramakrishna R, Press Club General Secretary Ibrahim Adkasthala, Press Club Secretary Pushparaj B N, Executive Committee Member R C Bhat and others were present.
