The project, conceived by Krishna J Palemar, chairman of the Land Links Group and former Karnataka minister, aims to serve as a world-class venue for social, cultural and community activities.

Speaking at the event, Minister V Somanna lauded Palemar’s vision and said convention centres should evolve into hubs for innovation, community development and nation-building.

Addressing the gathering, Krishna J Palemar said the project was established with the intention of giving back to society and promoting welfare initiatives, education and empowerment.

The facility includes a modern indoor auditorium, guest rooms, prayer facilities and extensive parking space. Organisers also announced plans for “Green Valley,” an upcoming open-air venue for large-scale events.

The convention centre is part of a broader network of event destinations developed under the Palemar brand, including Palemar Garden at Morgan’s Gate, Palemar Farms near Surathkal and Netravathi Sabhabhavan at Jeppinamogaru.
