Nalin warns state-wide stir if Congress guarantees not implemented in a month

Mangaluru, May 27, 2023: State BJP President and Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel has said that the BJP would launch a state-wide agitation if the Congress government fails to implement all its five guarantees within a month.

 

 

Speaking to reporters here on May 27, Friday, Nalin said the Congress government was resorting to hate politics. He took exception to the state government orders relieving Nutana Kumari, wife of slain Yuva Morcha leader Praveen Nettaru of her job. Pointing out that the earlier BJP government had provided her job on compassionate grounds, Nalin urged the government to provide her job and added that if not efforts would be made to get her a job in Central government institutions.

Let there be a probe regarding all allegations made against the BJP by the Congress, he said and added that even the Lokayukta case against CM Siddaramaiah must be probed.

He said the Congress government was resorting to hate politics by filing cases against MLAs Harish Poonja and Ashwathanarayana.

Newly elected BJP MLAs Rajesh Naik, Bharath Shetty, Vedavyas Kamath, Bhagirathi Murulya, Umanath Kotian, Harish Poonja were present.
