Maruthi Suzuki Autocross attracts several participants

Mangalore, Oct 16, 2011: The Maruthi Suzuki Autocross, a motor sport event organized by the Mangalore Motor Sport Association for 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers at Kuloor today, had a number of participants. 

The two-day event comprised a practice session on Saturday and a final race on a 1km dirt track today. 

 

 

 

 

A number of people from Mysore, Chickmagalur, Bangalore, Moodigere, Shimoga, Coorg, and Hassan participated in this event. 

The 4-wheeler event had participants such as Baban Khan of Bangalore, Aroor Vikram Rao, Moodigere top team, Aroor Arjun Rao, and others. 

The 2-wheeler event had participants such as Siddharth Nayak, Sudeepan, Mohammed Adnan, and Shruptha Padival. 

The co-sponsors were K and N Filter, Castrol, JK Tyres, Mandovi Motors, and IMG Sports.

A. Sanjay Rao, the organizer; Yathish Baikampady, the president of Mangalore Motor Sports Association; and Sudhir B. K., the director of Mandovi Motors, were also present.
