Mangaluru, July 14, 2026: South Eastern Railway has announced the cancellation of four long-distance train services to facilitate pre-Non-Interlocking (Pre-NI) and Non-Interlocking (NI) works.
The following trains will remain fully cancelled on the specified dates:
1. Train No. 22851 Santragachi Junction–Mangaluru Central Weekly Superfast Express will be cancelled for its journey commencing from Santragachi Junction on July 30, 2026.
2. Train No. 22852 Mangaluru Central–Santragachi Junction Weekly Superfast Express will be cancelled for its journey commencing from Mangaluru Central on August 1, 2026.
3. Train No. 22504 Dibrugarh–Kanyakumari Vivek Superfast Express will be cancelled for its journey commencing from Dibrugarh on August 4, 2026.
4. Train No. 22503 Kanyakumari–Dibrugarh Vivek Superfast Express will be cancelled for its journey commencing from Kanyakumari on August 7, 2026.
The cancellations have been announced to facilitate essential railway infrastructure works under South Eastern Railway. Passengers are advised to check the status of their trains before commencing their journey.
