Mangaluru, July 14, 2026: The new executive committee of the Inner Wheel Club of Mangalore North for the year 2026–27, headed by President Kavitha Kamath, was installed at a function held at Rotary Bal Bhavan, Mangaluru, on Saturday, July 4.
Sadhana Deshmukh was the chief guest at the ceremony. Congratulating the newly installed team, she appreciated the achievements of the outgoing committee and encouraged the members to continue their service activities with renewed commitment while striving to achieve the goals set for the year.
In her inaugural address, Kavitha Kamath outlined her vision for the year based on the theme "Grow and Flourish." She urged members to work together with enthusiasm and dedication, make the year memorable through meaningful service initiatives and strive to bring positive change in the lives of those in need.
The newly elected executive committee for the year 2026–27 was formally installed and assumed office for the new term.
The programme was attended by District Chairman Rajani Bhat, District Treasurer Deepa Bhandary, District Editor Sahana Bhat, Past Association Secretary Mitra Prabhu, Past District Chairman Malini Hebbar, Chitra Rao and Shameem Kunil, along with members and invited guests.
The function commenced with the Inner Wheel prayer by Alka Kothari. Veena Balal welcomed the gathering and compered the programme, while Seema Singhvi proposed the vote of thanks.
