Mangaluru, Feb 5, 2026: The body of a youth was found near the railway track in the Pachchanadi area of the city, an incident that came to light on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Babith, a resident of Pachchanadi Bandale.
As the circumstances surrounding the death are suspicious, the police have launched an investigation. A bag and other personal belongings of the deceased were found at the spot, and further details are being gathered.
The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and the exact cause of death will be known after the investigation. Police from the concerned station visited the spot and carried out an inspection.
