Mangaluru, Mar 21, 2026: Passenger train services between Mangaluru and Subrahmanya will be temporarily suspended due to railway maintenance work.

According to a railway statement, Train No. 56629 (Mangaluru Central–Subrahmanya Road Passenger) will remain cancelled from March 23 to April 14, 2026. The service will also be suspended again from June 10 to June 21, 2026.

The cancellation is due to line block and power block work being carried out between Narimogaru and Padil stations as part of track maintenance (BCM) activities.

Passengers have been advised to plan their travel accordingly during this period.
