Mangaluru, Apr 9, 2026: A Red Corner Notice has been issued against Sameer, an accused in the attempt to murder case of ASI Aithappa, who is currently absconding abroad, said Mangaluru City Police Commissioner Sudheer Kumar Reddy.
Sameer is facing 14 cases, including gang rape. The Commissioner has appealed to the public to share any information regarding his whereabouts.
He also stated that earlier, a Red Corner Notice had been issued against another accused, Safwan, and legal action was initiated accordingly.
