Mangaluru, Feb 13, 2026: Land Trades Builders & Developers formally inaugurated its prestigious 32-storey luxury residential tower, Altura, at Bendoor on February 11, 2026. The well-attended ceremony, marked by the presence of eminent dignitaries and an impressive façade lighting display, underscored Altura’s arrival as a striking new addition to Mangaluru’s skyline.
Dr. Yenepoya Abdullah Kunhi, Chancellor of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), inaugurated the tower by unveiling the commemorative plaque. On the occasion, Sudheer Kumar Reddy, Commissioner of Police, Mangaluru City, declared the clubhouse open, while Raghavendra Srinivas Bhat, Managing Director & CEO of Karnataka Bank Ltd., launched the ‘My Community App’, an exclusive digital platform designed for Altura residents.








Among the dignitaries present were D. Vedavyas Kamath, MLA of Mangaluru City South Constituency; Ivan D’Souza, MLC; and Naveen D’Souza, Corporator of Ward 38, Bendoor.
Welcoming the gathering, K. Shrinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades Builders & Developers, expressed his satisfaction at presenting Altura to the city. He described the project as a reflection of the company’s commitment to quality, disciplined execution, and adherence to promises made, while acknowledging the collective efforts of the professional teams involved and thanking customers for their continued trust.





Addressing the gathering, Dr. Yenepoya Abdullah Kunhi congratulated Srinath Hebbar for his contribution to the city’s development through quality construction. He noted that Altura, with its modern amenities, stands as a testimony to Land Trades’ credibility and its role in enhancing the urban landscape of Mangaluru.
In a symbolic gesture, Raghavendra Srinivas Bhat handed over the apartment key to the first purchaser, Rohit Shetty. Bhat, along with Corporator Naveen D’Souza and MLC Ivan D’Souza, also spoke on the occasion. The presidential address was delivered by MLA Vedavyas Kamath.
The evening concluded on a cultural note with a classical music recital by renowned flautists Pravin Godkhindi and Shadaj Godkhindi. Rajesh, Home Commandant of Udupi, compered the programme, and Sonal Moras proposed the vote of thanks.
