Mangalore: Kadri Fire Service officer dies of cardiac arrest while on duty

Mangalore, Dec 12, 2013: K Nagesh who was an officer in the Kadri Fire Service Station in Mangalore died following a cardiac arrest while on duty on December 10, Tuesday. He was 58.

Nagesh was a resident of Kumpala. He who had began his career as a fire brigade man in Udupi fire service station was later promoted as Assistant Fire Service Officer and had served in Mangalore Kundapur, Karkala, Sullia and Kadri stations over a span of three decades. Nagesh is survived by his wife, a son and daughter.
