Man Arrested for Killing Wife




Mangalore City Police have registered a case against Shivappa from Pumpwell for allegedly murdering Chandramma, his wife, around 5 years ago.

Recently, the Child Welfare Committee (CWO) found his 3 young daughters, wandering aimlessly near Jyothi Circle. The eldest Shaila (10) accused her father of murdering her mother by attacking her with utensils. The child said that her father had later buried her mother’s body at the cremation ground in Nandigudde. 

Shivappa’s sons, who are facing a term in prison for burglary, say that their mother died of alcoholism.
