Malali row : No scope to disrupt peace, says ADGP Alok Kumar

Mangaluru, May 26, 2022: ADGP (Law and Order) Alok Kumar has said that no scope would be given to disrupt law and order with regard to the controversy revolving around Malali mosque.

 

 

 

 

 

Alok Kumar who is on his first visit to Mangaluru after taking charge as ADGP, spoke to reporters after holding a meeting with senior officials of the Department.

"The Malali issue is before the court which has ordered status quo until June 3. All measures have been taken to maintain law and order," he said.

On the issue of rising cyber crimes, he said necesary action would be taken by the officials in this regard.

City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar, DCPs Hariram Shanker, Dinesh Kumar and others were present.
