Karkala: Speeding vehicle fatally runs over leopard

Karkala, Oct 06, 2023: A leopard has died after it was run over by a speeding vehicle near the Bhakre Mutt cross on Mudradi-Karkala road on October 5, Thursday evening.
Eyewitnesses said they saw an Innova car speeding towards Mudradi and knocking down the leopard. Forest Department officials later rushed to the spot and removed the carcass of the leopard.
