Mangalore, December 17: In a macabre incident, a three year old girl child studying at KPT anganavadi was killed in an apparent sacrifice as part of a black-magic ritual under Kadri Police station limits on Friday, December 17.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kadri police investigating the case said that, Priyanka’s body was discovered from a plantation at Sharbatkatte, near Yeyyadi. She was the daughter of Firankumar Ja and Anjali Ja, a native of Bihar and working as helper in a godown at Sharbatkatte.


The Child was brutally killed by Kamalaksha and Chandrakala, a resident of Sharabatkatte for their black magic practice. On interrogation, Chandrakala, one of the culprits, revealed that they have grabbed Priyanka from her house and sacrificed to please the diety.  After killing they dumped her in a plantation at Sharbatkatte, she revealed.

The localites here say that they have already warned the couple not to practice inhuman activities in the area and went on to demolish their house once. They have also demanded the Kadri police to take stringent action against the culprits.
