Customs officials seize Rs 20 lakhs worth foreign currency notes at MIA

Mangaluru, Aug 17, 2022: Foreign currency notes valued at Rs 20,71,158 were seized from two persons of Kasargod origin at the Mangaluru International Airport on August 15, Monday. The accused were supposed to travel abroad by a SpiceJet flight.
The seized foreign currency included US Dollars worth 13200, UAE Dirhams worth 31800, Saudi Riyals worth 16000 and 160 Kuwaiti Dinars.
