Covid-19 awareness through an autorickshaw at Badagubettu

Udupi, June 20, 2020:   An autorickshaw owned by Basheer Ahmed at Badagubettu is  doing its bit to create Covid-19 awareness   among the people. The initiative is the effort of 80 Badagabettu Gram Panchayat President  Shantaram Shetty.

The autorickshaw is fitted with a sanitizer and there is also a water tap to wash hands. A screen separates the passenger from the autorickshaw driver in order to maintain social distancing.  Whenever a passenger boards the autorickshaw, the driver encourages them to use the sanitizer.
