Comed-K counseling to begin on July 17 in Bangalore

Mangalore, Jul 3: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (Comed-K) will start counseling on July 15 in NMKRV Mangala Mantapa, 3rd Block, Jayanagar. Students who have received medical ranks up to 1500 will choose seats on the first day. The second round of the counseling will commence on Aug 16.

The first round for engineering counseling will commence on July 26 and for architecture on Aug 12. Additional details are available at www.comedk.org.

Common Entrance Test (CET) counseling is to commence on July 7, as already announced. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has notified seats for all ranks. On the first day, 1,600 students will select seats from 9:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Counselling for engineering will continue till Aug 2.

Counselling for architecture will be held on Aug 3, and on the following day, a casual vacancy round will be held for dental and medical courses. Aug 5 has been set aside for reserved categories.

The casual vacancy round for engineering courses for the reserved categories will be held on Aug 12 and for the general merit category will be held on Aug 30.

Counselling for Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy and Yoga will be held on Aug 24.

The counseling will continue till September 17. Counselling will be held in Hubli, Bangalore, Chitradurga, Belgaum, Shimoga, Mangalore, and Gulbarga.
